FAQ.

Common questions about shipping, care, and ordering.

How fresh are your roses?

Every bouquet is cut to order the day it ships and arrives within 1–2 days via overnight carriers. Expect 7–10 days of vase life with proper care.

When will my roses arrive?

Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same or next business day. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the farm.

Will my roses arrive in bloom?

Roses ship in bud form so they arrive undamaged. Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and they'll open beautifully over 24–48 hours.

How do I care for my roses?

Trim 1 inch off each stem at an angle, remove any leaves below the water line, and change the water every 2 days. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from fruit.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because your roses are cut to order, we can only make changes before the order enters production. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
