Caring For Your Roses

🌹 My roses have arrived and they are gorgeous! How should I take care of my beautiful bouquet?

We are glad you love your roses! Because our flowers come directly from the farm, a little TLC goes a long way. Place them in fresh, clean water away from direct sunlight, heat, or air drafts and they will continue to thrive!  Here is a full list of our Rose Farmers tips directly from the farm 😊:

🌹 How should I take care of my new tropical arrangement?

Tropical flowers are easy to take care of, you just need to follow some simple instructions.

1. Keep them in a climate between 55-75°F.

2. Remove plastic sleeve and paper upon unboxing.

3. Tropical flowers need a LOT of water. Fill the vase at least 2/3 full.

4. Cut the tip of the stems to facilitate hydration to ease water absorption.

5. You must spray your flowers with water at least once a day, in order to ensure long vase life. Tropicals do not only absorb water from the vase but also from their environment, just like in the rainforest.

6. Do not remove the rubber band of bouquets. Our bouquets are a designed composition, thus you only need to loosen the rubber band, to be able to arrange it nicely. - If you remove the rubber band the bouquet will lose it’s shape.

+ Did you know?

Some of the tropicals are actually flower holders. You may see their actual delicate flowers blooming, that you can remove if you prefer.

A Note from the Farm

It's an honor to share our roses with you, straight from our farm!

Our farm is located in Ecuador, where local groups have instituted nationwide strikes in pursuit of better living conditions.

The strikes have led to roads around our farm being blocked. Our team is all safe, however our packages are not able to flow as we would like.

In order to guarantee you receive the freshest roses and on-time deliveries, we are pausing new deliveries from now until July 8th.

We deeply apologize for this inconvenience, and look forward to sending you some cheer very soon!
